7 TIPS TO HELP YOUR STUDY BETTER!

SOS! It’s the final exam period and you hear loud and clear “I’m not ready for my exams” Do not panic, you’re not all alone, you’re all on the same boat! It’s far from being a good time but everything will be fine, you will pass your exams and then you will be able to celebrate with your friends!

To help you in your revision, here are 7 tips:  

 

1- MAKING A REVISION PLAN

To increase your productivity and efficiency, organize your work time! Put all of your subjects in order, and devote more time to the ones you have difficulty with.


2- FIND A COMFORTABLE LOCATION

For your concentration, find a place where you feel confident and well. Preferably a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. In another article, we have selected 10 ideal coffee shops to study in. 😉  

 

3- SLEEP, REST, EAT

Do not underestimate the importance of taking breaks while studying. You need to conserve your energy to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Try to get minimum 7 hours of sleep, and eat well (fruits, veggies, protein and starchy food). Don’t forget to drink lots of water – and only water 😉  

 

4- Take breaks

Learning without interruption is not a good idea! You have to think of yourself, and continue your daily activities. Between two review sequences, take a 10-minute walk; it will help you increase your concentration!   5- Create a study group Studying in a group can be very useful and effective if you are a group of less than 4 people!

 

6- LISTEN TO MUSIC

According to a study published in the New York Times, listening to relaxing music helps concentration and motivation!

 

7- BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

Our mind plays a very important role; we need to stay positive and nurture it!
Negative thoughts often intrude and hinder your performance on exams. So believe in yourself!
